Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Remove from heat and add flour and salt.
    Blend well.
    Slowly add milk.
    Return to fire and bring to a boil for 1 minute.
    (If milk does not \"mix-in\", place pan on very low heat, stirring constantly until butter melts and flour mixes with liquids.)
    Add more milk to make a thinner sauce.
    Add more flour and butter to make a thicker sauce.
