Grasshopper Pie(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

24 Oreos, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted
24 large marshmallows
1/4 c. creme de menthe
2 Tbsp. creme de cacao
1 c. cream, whipped

Preparation

Mix cookies and butter.
Press into bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
Place marshmallows and milk in top of double boiler.
Heat until melted.
Cool.
Stir in creme de menthe and creme de cacao.
Chill over ice water until partially thickened. Fold in whipping cream.
