Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head lettuce, broken into pieces
    1 cucumber, peeled and sliced thinly
    1 green pepper, sliced thinly
    1 medium red onion, sliced thinly
    4 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, slightly cooked, drained and cooled
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch (original)
    6 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. crisp fried bacon, broken in pieces
Preparation
    Top with dressing of first 3 ingredients.
    Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top of dressing.
