Lemon-Baked Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. round steak
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 large lemon, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. ketchup
2 medium onions, sliced
Preparation

Wash steak and place in large baking dish.
Rub with softened butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with lemon and onion slices.
Combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and water.
Pour over steak.
Cover tightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or until tender.
