Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked or canned sweet potatoes
    5 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. raisins
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Add ingredients, one at a time, to potatoes in Mixmaster bowl until well blended.
    Spread on greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
    Top with marshmallows and brown.
