Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. apricot jello
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. cold water
    2 sliced bananas
    1 can drained crushed pineapple (save juice)
    1 c. mini marshmallows
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    3 oz. cream cheese
    small Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix jello with water; partially set.
    Add bananas, crushed pineapple and marshmallows; stir and set firm.
    Cook and cool the egg, sugar, flour, oleo and pineapple juice.
    Will cook thick. Add cream cheese.
    Cool completely, then add small Cool Whip. Place on top of firm jello mixture.
    Add nuts if desired.
