Johnny Marzetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 can tomato soup
1 small can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (4 1/2 oz.) canned drained mushrooms
dash of Worcestershire sauce
dash of soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 (7 oz.) jar stuffed olives, sliced
1 1/2 c. blanched and lightly roasted almonds
1 (9 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
1 1/2 c. Cheddar, grated cheese
Preparation

Brown beef and onions. Precook celery and green pepper with little water.
Precook noodles and drain.
Add rest of ingredients, except cheese.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Then sprinkle grated cheese on top and return to oven for 10 minutes more.
When the recipe is doubled, it makes enough for 9 x 12-inch deep cake pan and another 8 x 10-inch glass pan for the freezer!
