Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) prebaked pie shell, cooled
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Monterey cheese
1 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can crab meat (4 1/2 oz.; add 1/2 can extra if desired)
Preparation

Stir together cheeses and flour.
Beat together eggs, cream, mustard, salt and Worcestershire.
Set aside.
Line pastry shell with drained crab meat.
Combine egg and cheese mixtures.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Let stand for 20 minutes before cutting.
