Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes
16 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel and boil potatoes until done. Drain the water off the potatoes and add the margarine, salt and pepper. Mash as you would for mashed potatoes. After they are mashed add all the cheeses except cheddar. Pour mixture in baking dish and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven long enough for
the potatoes to get bubbly and the cheese on top to melt.
