Apple Crisp(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baking apples
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. granulated brown sugar replacement
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Wash, peel and slice apples.
    Place on bottom of 8-inch square baking dish.
    Add water and vanilla.
    Combine flour, sugar replacement, cinnamon and margarine in bowl or food processor. Work with pastry wire or steel blade into crumbs.
    Sprinkle crumbs evenly over top of apple slices.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
