Easy Perfect Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 16 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sour cream
    2 green onions, chopped all
    1 bunch chopped fine parsley or nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Grate cheese fine or process.
    Melt butter.
    In bowl, combine cheese, melted butter, sour cream and onions.
    Form into ball. While still soft, press as well as possible parsley or nuts on. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 1 hour.
