Trout Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar canned trout or salmon
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of hot sauce
dash of cayenne
dash of salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Soften cream cheese in microwave.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Chill one hour before serving.
Serve with crackers, chips, carrot or celery sticks.
