Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. semi-sweet mini chips
1 tsp. flour
Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
In bowl, combine graham crackers, cocoa, sugar and butter, press evenly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
