Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation
    Let cream cheese soften to room temperature (it should be very soft to the touch). Add all ingredients, except pecans, and mix with portable electric mixer. Let chill and shape into 2 balls. Roll in finely chopped pecans.
