Spicy Peach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sliced peaches
    2 Tbsp. whole cloves
    2 sticks cinnamon
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    2 pkg. lemon jello
Preparation
    Drain peaches, saving syrup.
    Add enough water to syrup to make three cups.
    Then add spices and vinegar.
    Simmer at least 10 minutes.
    Strain syrup.
    Measure; if needed, add hot water to make 3 1/3 cups.
    Add lemon jello and stir until dissolved.
    Add peaches and pour into large mold sprayed with Pam.
    Serves 10 to 12. Recipe can be cut in half.
