Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
dash of salt
sprinkle of nutmeg
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Mix flour, sugar and salt together.
Add to eggs and mix well.
Gradually add milk and stir.
Add melted butter. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle nutmeg over and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake for 10 to 12 more minutes.
(Do not overbake.)
