Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Raisin Bran
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. milk
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine Raisin Bran and milk.
    Let stand until the mixture is moistened.
    Add egg and shortening and beat well.
    Then add flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, stirring only until all ingredients are mixed well.
    Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
