Green Chili Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. cheese, grated
1/2 c. peeled, chopped green chilies (may use canned)
3/4 c. rich milk
3/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Mix cheese, chilies and onion.
Dip tortillas in hot fat; sprinkle with salt.
In buttered 12-inch glass baking dish, alternate layers of tortillas and cheese mixture, ending with tortillas. Pour milk at sides of dish, cover and bake in hot oven 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 6.
