"Cheaper By The Dozen" Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. spareribs
    2 onions, sliced
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 c. catsup
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Select meaty spareribs.
    Cut into servings, or leave uncut. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place in roaster; cover with onions.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
    Cover and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Baste occasionally, turning spareribs once or twice.
    Remove cover last 15 minutes to brown ribs.
    Serves 6.
