Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 green peppers
vegetable spray
1 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
1/3 c. minced onion
1 stalk chopped celery
1 small diced zucchini
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 c. cooked brown rice
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided
1/2 c. fat-free Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut a slice from the top of pepper and discard seeds.
Spray nonstick skillet with vegetable spray.
Add ground meat.
Cook on medium heat until browned.
Put meat in colander and run under hot water to remove excess fat from meat. Set aside.
