Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken or any meat
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    parsley flakes
    cayenne pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. whole oregano
    1 can mushroom soup
    4 c. water
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
    2 c. onion, chopped fine
    garlic powder
    salt to taste
    1 can tomatoes
    4 c. rice
Preparation
    Fry meat until brown.
    As frying, add vegetables and seasoning.
    As cooking, add water.
    Add rice and water.
    Cook on low heat and stir often.
    Cook until rice is done.
