Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 pkg. yeast
    4 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water; stir.
    Add flour, eggs, sugar and butter.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into greased muffin pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Refrigerate any dough left.
