Baked Rigatoni And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 c. uncooked rigatoni
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    3 1/2 c. (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute sausage in medium skillet until browned.
    Remove from pan; slice into thin pieces.
    Return to pan and add onion and garlic.
    Saute until onion is tender, not brown.
    Cook rigatoni for 10 minutes; drain.
