Moo Goo Gai Pan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole, skinned boneless chicken breasts, halved
    3/4 tsp. minced ginger root
    2 tsp. salt
    15 oz. can straw mushrooms
    small can mushrooms
    small can bamboo shoots
    frozen pkg. snow peas
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. peanut oil
    2 tsp. dry sherry
    1/2 c. almonds
Preparation
    Slice chicken into very thin slices.
    Mix chicken, cornstarch, sherry, ginger and 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt.
    Set aside.
