Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 medium cucumber
    2 carrots
    1 medium onion
    3/4 stalk celery
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Clean vegetables and cut into chunks.
    Place in blender and blend until medium fine.
    Drain.
    Combine mayonnaise, salt and cream cheese.
    Add vegetable mixture and mix well.
    Store covered overnight in refrigerator.
    Spread on bread of your choice. Mixture can be made ahead of time and stored in airtight containers.
