Crunchy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (24 oz.) pkg. Ore-Ida potatoes O'Brien with peppers and onion
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar (mild)
1 stick margarine or butter
2 c. corn flake crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour potatoes in bottom.
Mix soup, mushrooms, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes.
Mix butter and corn flake crumbs and sprinkle on top after casserole has baked 45 minutes covered with foil. Bake until brown after adding crumbs.
