Cutlets Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork, beef, veal or venison cutlets
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cheese cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs in milk.
    Roll meat in egg mixture, then cracker crumbs.
    Roll meat second time in eggs and crackers.
    Fry in medium hot oil slowly until done.
    Cover meat with cheese.
    Cover pan until cheese melts.
