Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 zucchini, diced or chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, mashed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix everything, but eggs and oil, and pour into a buttered pan.
    Beat eggs and oil and pour over mixture.
    Bake until golden brown at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
