Corn-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. diced pimento
    1/4 c. ripe olives
    1 small box Minute rice
    2 cans cream-style corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix the corn, rice and eggs.
    Saute the first 7 ingredients until tender.
    Mix well.
    Bake in large casserole for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake until cheese melts.
