Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chicken, diced
4 oz. can mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained
3/4 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
2 oz. jar pimento, diced and drained
3 oz. can chow mein noodles
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3/4 c. fresh green grapes, halved
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Accent
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except grapes, noodles, soup and milk.
Place in a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
Mix soup and milk and pour over chicken mixture.
Place noodles and grapes gently around edge.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
