Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. cocoa
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat eggs.
    In a separate bowl, combine flour and sugar.
    Add a small amount of hot water to cocoa, enough to make liquid paste (thick but slightly runny).
    Heat milk to lukewarm, then remove from heat.
    Add part of milk to flour/sugar mixture to make runny paste.
    Add flour/sugar/milk mixture to milk in pot. Turn on fire, stirring constantly.
    Add beaten eggs, stir and cook. Add cocoa mixture until desired taste and color.
    Cook to thicken. Do not boil, stirring often.
    Pour through strainer into ice cream freezer.
    Add evaporated milk and vanilla.
    Stir well.
    Freeze according to ice cream freezer instructions.
