Dinner Rolls Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 to 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, active dry yeast and Italian seasoning.
    Heat milk, water, sugar, butter and garlic salt until warm, 115\u00b0 to 120\u00b0.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Add eggs. Beat at low speed of electric mixer 1/2 minute.
    Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
    Stir in Parmesan cheese.
    Using an additional 3 to 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, add as much as you can stir.
    Turn out on floured surface and knead in enough flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
    Shape into ball.
    Place in a greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place until double, 45 minutes.
