Barbecue Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pt. vinegar
    1/2 lb. butter
    salt
    red pepper
    black pepper to taste
    3 qt. tomatoes
    5 lb. boned beef
    5 lb. Boston butt pork
    5 lb. hen
    1/2 gal. Irish potatoes
    3 pt. onions, chopped
Preparation
    Don't use beef broth until tallow is removed.
    Grind all meat, potatoes, onions and tomatoes.
    Mix all ingredients; add broth back to it.
    Cook in large pot until thick as desired.
    Put in containers.
