Easy Homemade Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken (reserve broth)
1/2 stick oleo
1 can English peas
1 c. celery
1 c. carrots, sliced
1 c. plain flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Debone chicken; place in baking dish, 13 x 9-inches.
Slice butter all over chicken.
Spread 1 can English peas (drained) over chicken and butter.
Cook celery and carrots together.
Put these on top of peas.
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Pour over preceding mixture.
Mix together chicken broth and soup.
Pour this mixture over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
