Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can LeSueur peas
1 (16 oz.) can Mitchell's Shoe Peg corn
1 (16 oz.) can French-cut green beans
1 (16 oz.) can baby lima beans
1 c. pimento, diced small (just use small jar that is precut)
1 c. onion, diced small
1/2 c. celery, diced small
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
4 Tbsp. Mazola oil
dash of garlic salt
Preparation

Toss vegetables with dressing and let marinate in refrigerator at least overnight.
