Parker House Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 yeast cakes
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    pinch of salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 2 to 3 dozen rolls.
