Chicken And Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole frying chicken
    2 boxes Stove Top stuffing
    1 can cream of chicken soup (do not add liquid)
    1 can cream of celery soup (do not add liquid)
    small pkg. frozen peas (optional)
Preparation
    Boil chicken in a large pot until tender, 60 to 90 minutes. Remove meat from bones.
    Put the bones and skin back in the pot and boil for another 90 minutes for chicken broth for noodles or other dishes.
    Cut the meat into bite size pieces and put into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan or dish.
    Mix in both cans of soup and the peas.
    Prepare the stuffing as to the directions on the box. Spread over the chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes (uncovered).
    Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
