Green Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. green apples, sliced
1 Tbsp. plus 2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
Preparation

Arrange apples in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix until crumbly.
Pour
over
apples,
spreading
to the edge. Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown and crisp. Serve warm.
