Sole Fillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 lb. sole fillet
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/3 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. herb stuffing mix
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Melt 1/4 cup of butter; saute celery and onions.
    Stir in stuffing mix, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Cut each fillet to make 8 to 10 pieces.
    Place in a greased pan.
    Top each with stuffing mixture.
    Melt remaining butter and add dill.
    Pour sauce over each fillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 8.
