Snickerdoodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft margarine (1/2 lb.)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix in a separate bowl the margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Sift flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and pinch of salt.
    Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
    Roll dough into balls and then roll into cinnamon and sugar mixture.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
