Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, oil and eggs.
Beat well; add apples and vanilla.
Beat more.
Add pecans.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan in 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
