Potato Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    2 medium onions
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    1/4 c. matzoh meal or bread crumbs
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Coarsely grate the potatoes; squeeze out excess water.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grate onions; beat eggs.
    Add potatoes, onions, salt, pepper and bread.
    Mix well.
    Oil a baking pan and put in oven for 5 minutes.
    Pour the hot oil into batter, stirring a little, and then pour the batter into the hot pan.
    (This makes the kugel crusty.)
    Bake for 1 hour.
