Butter Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Add flour gradually; beat in buttermilk, then vanilla and nutmeg.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until pie is golden brown.
    Makes one (10-inch) pie.
