Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground lean ham
    1 lb. ground fresh lean pork
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. fine cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix ham and pork with remaining ingredients.
    Shape into loaf. Place in a shallow roasting pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or 2 hours if topping is not used.
