Zucchini And Kielbasa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small zucchini, cut into 1/8-inch slices
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1 lb. kielbasa or Polish sausage, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation

In a large skillet, saute the zucchini, onion and green pepper in oil until crisp and tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until heated through. Makes 6 servings.
