Broccoli Casserole With Ritz Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    8 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese, cut up
    2 small pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
    3 beaten eggs
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Mix flour and water together.
    Add to onion and cook until thick.
    Add cut up cheese; stir until blended.
    Add cooked, drained broccoli.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Pour into a casserole dish and cover with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
