Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    5 large eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into two unbaked 9-inch pie shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
