"Deluxe Salmon Cakes" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans salmon, drained and flaked
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. onion
    1/4 c. celery
    1/2 c. corn kernels
    1 tsp. chopped cilante (optional)
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 egg
    dash of red pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cracker meal
Preparation
    Beat 1/2 cup mayonnaise, egg and mustard; add to salmon and other ingredients.
    Make into cakes and refrigerate about 1 hour. Dip into cracker meal and fry in olive oil.
