Baked Chicken Breasts In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large broiler-fryer breasts, boned, skinned and halved
    salt and pepper (preferably white) to taste
    1/2 c. dry white wine or dry vermouth
    3/4 tsp. tarragon
    1 large clove garlic, halved
    3 to 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Note:
    If desired, marinate and bake chicken in same greased dish.
    Or marinate in double plastic bags in refrigerator overnight.
    Let chicken come to room temperature before baking.
