Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked yellow squash
    3/4 stick oleo
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 375 \u00b0 for about 45 minutes. Serves 6.
